Helios Pack (Sterilization reels) provide healthcare workers an easy and safe method to enclose medical devices intended to be sterilized in steam, ethylene oxide (EO) or formaldehyde sterilizers. Helios Pack is made of a multilayer co-polymer film (PET/PP) and specialized medical paper to ensure effective sterilization of your medical instruments and provide high barrier against microbial activity.

Helios Pack uses water based and non-toxic process indicators that are printed on the surface of the medical grade paper. The clear and easy visibility of the indicators makes it easy for you to differentiate between a processed and unprocessed pack of instruments.

A wide range of standard sizes are available with 60gsm and 70 gsm medical grade paper which allows you to select the correct size for your packing requirements.
